Lathe Chuck, 4-Jaw

Kalgidhar Industries offers independent four-jaw Lathe Chucks. These 4-jaw independent chucks have larger bore than normal chucks. These are suitable where machine is light and the job demands larger bore. Operating key, mounting bolts and inspection report is provided with each chuck. Allen key and tap is provided with these chucks. These are manufactured specially for heavy-duty and rigid gripping. Bodies of semi-steel are made from selected materials, Brinell hardness is kept to the standard ratio. Every chuck after completion is put on test, the gripping and alignment of jaws is tested by dial indicator. Round back and front surfaces of body are ground for accurate running. Every step of each jaw is tested by dial indicator. Finally every jaw is checked with the micrometer under specialised supervision every time.
