Reedeep Technik offers Ravi brand heavy-duty high precision Super Model lathe machines. These have bed length ranging from 7’ to 16’, bed width of 320 mm, height of centre 240 mm (9½”), and main spindle bore of 52 mm (2”) as standard specification. The company offers lathes having bed made of high tensile strength cast iron, having rigid bed for taking maximum loads, bed ways flame hardened and precision ground for high accuracy. It has a speed of 9 (standard) 18 (optional) and range of (optional) 35 to 1538. Its feed gearbox is of universal type capable of cutting whit-worth metric module and diameteral pitch threads, its gearbox is provided with changed feeds and threads. The accuracy of these machines is tested as per IS 1878-1971 standards.
