Copy Lathe

Ditamir copy lathes are developed to bridge the gap between centre lathes and CNC turning machines. Copy lathe is very robustly built with hardened and ground slant bed, and provided with foot switch operated hydraulic tailstock and optional plunging slide. Copy lathes are designed as per latest modular concept. Headstock, slant bed and tailstock can be removed from the main structure and reassembled without disturbing the alignment. Higher spindle speeds, hydraulically controlled infinitely variable longitudinal feed with fast return, built-in finish cut system and optional provision of multi-pass cycle with automatic cycle are the features which make the machine a highly productive one. Work-piece to work-piece repeat accuracy is ?0.025 mm.
