CNC vertical turning lathe

I & S Engineers, Coimbatore-based organisation, introduces low cost CNC vertical turning lathe, Model VL-12, designed for general turning, facing and boring operations. The machine is intended for automatic machining of rough castings like motor, pump, valve and automobile parts. VL-12 is ideally suited as a back bone of a machine shop, for parallel production of bulk components. The CNC system can be optionally interfaced to a host computer for program download. Networking of VL-12 is also possible. Multiple program storage and retrieval is available as a standard feature. Salient features: 2-axis CNC controller, Turcite ? coated guide-ways, quick change tool post and centralized lubrication. Optional features: indexed turret tool changer, coolant system, pneumatic chuck and dynamic balancing systems. Applications: pump and motor components like end plates, covers, impeller, etc, and automobile components, valves, pre machining of tight spec components.
