CNC Turning Centre

The new “Q Plus” CNC turning centre from New Dilip Industries comes with specifications of: maximum turning dia 275 mm, max length 500 mm, max speed 4500 RPM, and spindle power 7.5/11 kW. The Q Plus Turning centre, for the first time in India, has introduced the raised guideway type design of main slide guideways which are mounted on the mono-block, ‘L’ shaped, heavily-ribbed and twist-free, main base Meehanite grade casting. These features make the machine the best in its class for rigidity and vibration damping. The machine’s design structure is optimised for chip and coolant disposal. The cartridged spindle runs over the world-best and proven make permanently greased 3+2 angular contact bearings for long life and high accuracy. Maximum rapid traverse rate of 30 mpm results into a drastic reduction in non-cutting time, and thus shorter cycle-times. Larger C3 Class ball screws and heavy-duty guideways used impart the best structural stiffness to the machine. Vertical, roller bearing mounted tailstock over hardened and ground slideways facilitates the operator with easiest movement and approach. The customer is offered the machine with Fanuc or Siemens system and other optional accessories such as chip conveyor, hydraulic disc brake, servo turret, bar feeder, etc.
