CNC turning centre

Jyoti Enterprise, a manufacturer of CNC machine tools, offers Power DX 250 CNC turning centre. The machine is designed in house by using state-of-the-art designing techniques using finite element analysis. The machine has slant bed mono block structure reinforced with special vibration damping material which absorbs torsion and vibrations resulting higher precision, better metal cutting capacity and static load carrying capacity, outstanding running smoothness obtained by using linear motion cylindrical roller type guideways. The weight of the guideways is well balanced and distributed to enhance stability and load capacity. The machine spindle is housed in super precision bearings specially selected to take care of axial and radial loads. Bearings are grease lubricated for life. The entire head stock assembly is carried out in entire dust free environment. The machine can turn a job of 250 mm dia up to 600 mm length. The rapid feed is 30 metre/minute, using Sinumerik 802 D CNC package, 8-station bi-directional turret. Accuracy as per VDI-DGQ-3441.
