CNC Turning Centre

The Precut-200 is a precise, economical CNC turning precision machine from Rekha Industries for best job output and ancillaries. The machine has high operating efficiency, higher utilisation of tools, power, space and time and is also built for continuous surface speed, keeping non-cut time to a minimum. The machine elements like ball screw, bearings, CNC systems as well as drive are selected from the best available in the country. The bed is made from best grain, grade 25 cast iron. It is well ribbed to provide rigidly and designed for smooth and easy chip flow and removal. X and Z axes feature precision ball screws supported at both ends. Automatic metered lubrication is provided to all the guide ways and ball screws. The bearings are grease lubricated for longer life. The tail stock is supported on V and flat guide ways. The electrical elements and sub systems used in the machine are highly reliable and globally accepted, and Siemens-Sinumeric 802D CNC system. Specifications (capacity): swing over bed – 400 mm; swing over carriage – 200 mm; distance between centres – 425 mm; maximum turning dia – 200 mm; and maximum turning length – 325 mm.
