Consortech Tools (India) offers Proxxon CNC Lathe and Micro Miller System with universal dividing head – high accuracy and versatility in very small floor space. This German precision engineered product enhances the customer value. All control units are compatible for connecting to PC or laptop with activation of the main spindle and the step motors. Includes user-friendly and Windows compatible software. Simple creation of work piece geometry and automatic generation of CAM data are the other possibilities. CNC control of Z-axis and X-axis enable for straight cuts, taper turning, internal and external thread cutting, slotting, etc. Workable on all ferrous, non-ferrous and alloy metals, there is negligible tolerance, even under heavy loads. The lathe admits between centres 400 mm, height of centre is 85 mm, and the maximum diameter of work piece is 116 mm. This combination makes it in to a very cost effective production solution for high precision miniature jobs. The X/Y/Z traverses are respectively 290/100/220 mm. The CNC Software has option for programming the 4th axis.
