CNC Lathe

Macintel offers a CNC Lathe, manufactured by Far East Machinery Poly Gim Machinery Co Ltd, a pioneer in manufacturing CNC lathes in Taiwan from 1987. They have a large range of machines with various capacities ranging up to 650 mm max turning diameter and 1500 mm max. turning length. They also manufacture CNC wheel turning lathes, CNC vertical lathe, CNC milling and boring machine with traversing column, CNC horizontal boring and milling machines, etc. These lathes come with one-piece Meehanite cast body. All major components are made of stress relieved castings. Precision ground ballscrews with linear motion guides are used to ensure fast and smooth traverse of the carriage and saddle. These machines are equipped with latest Fanuc CNC controller. A number of options like - 23-station Durga turret, auto door, tool pre-setter, bar puller, part catcher, robot, etc, are available. The machines are of rugged construction, high performance and high reliability.
