CNC Vertical Turning Center

Premier (Machine Tools Division) offers CNC vertical turning centre. A small vertical turning lathe, the CNC vertical turning centre is designed to cater the needs of small component turning such as valves, pumps, and auto components. A compact, and cost effective machine, the CNC vertical turning centre could be had with C- axis. Some of the standard features of the machine includes stainless steel telescopic covers, 3-jaw hydraulic self centring chuck, centralised automatic lubrication, fully enclosed splash guard, constant surface speed, and threading function, MPG with separate pendant box, 8-station turret with standard tool disc, coolant system, and AC for CNC cabinet. With a table diameter of 315/400 for PTA 40 model, and 500/630/800 for PTA 80 model, the CNC vertical turning centre is also available with a host of optional features.
