Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd. offers CNC Vertical Machining Centre, PX 20. This PX Series Vertical Machining Centre have been developed with the aim to deliver ability to cope up with various arenas of demanding manufacturing industry.

Among the various types of designed, manufactured and many successful CNC machines for metal cutting in 3 & 5-Axis segment, PX Series puts it’s position for abroad range of working area in 3-Axis segment to be a productivity partner with better rigidity and compatibility to give output for various application of machining solutions. Having FEM proven structure enabled with BT-40 Taper precision spindle, latest control system available, full enclosure guarding and many other features this series can deliver optimum performance for various industry need s for machining in various material with available productivity improving options such as 4th Axis Rotary Table, CTS, Linear Glass Scale, Probes, etc.

With these features along with structure balance on 3-Point Levelling PX Series of machines are equipped with 8000 rpm BT40 Taper spindle with 7.5/ 5.5 kW servomotor. Axis rapid rates for all machines is 25 m/min with better accelerations.20 Tool ATC for faster tool indexing for typical components with such requirement. Table ranges from 660 X 360 mm till 915 X 460 mm with X-Axis travel range from 510 mm to 760 mm.
