TS Series of models from Jyoti CNC bring an ideal solution for manufacturers looking for complete automation with mass productivity of chucker type components having diameter upto 120 mm. These series of machine are monoblock designed structure for better rigidity during full load, fast indexing servo turret with 8-stations and having options for special preloaded job conveyors for long uninterrupted production along with gantry systems. The machine has flexibility to tangle itself as per application and may be it has changeover of job conveyor system, two identical operations or Turn-around station for first and second operations.
High Dynamic three-axes gantry with dual gripper swivel head as options helps instant and accurate operations with automation in loading/un-loading enabling long Hrs. of unmanned operations.
High Torque servo turrets placed in quite proximity to the spindles and in parallel to the holding provide extreme favourable conditions for smooth cutting performance with faster approach. Side by side high-speed spindles provide perfect cutting environment. Additional features of spindle purge preventing coolant & chips entering precision parts.
