Jyoti CNC introduces DX 350 series of machines with Monoblock 45° Slant bed structure for superior rigidity and durability providing value for money. CNC Turning Centre is the state-of- art design perfectly ribbed single piece slant bed with saddle is made out of high grade cast iron for stability and least distortion. Machine capability is improvised by enabling heavy cuts; faster production and higher surface finish with best accuracies for harder materials with virtually no vibration making it an omnipresent option. The rigidity of the bed is achieved in all frames showing a better improvement in torsion rigidity fully checked with complex finite element analysis software.

Machine is equipped with high speed 8 Station Servo Turret as standard enabling quick indexing with reduced maintenance cost during the life of machine. Tool change time is just 0.5 sec. Also hydraulically actuated tailstock makes this machine a perfect combination for manufacturers looking for compact chucker type models also helping them to do shafting type components.
