It is a small sized lathe capable of handling a wide range of jobs and materials. Though compact in size this machine can handle a variety of jobs, from small chucking jobs to shaft. High speed spindle and rigid construction offer improved surface finish. When combined with the optimum amount of tool stations and high cutting feed rates, it increases productivity. Features: precision 40 mm bar capacity collet spindle; powerful 7.5 HP spindle drive; cut-to-cut time is drastically reduced with gang-tool configuration (no time lost on turret indexing); up to ten tools can be accommodated for small diameter workpieces; tools can be added or removed from any location; low-friction/ zero-station linear guideways for improved accuracy and part finishes; rapid traverse rates of 10 m/ min; use of water- or oil-base coolants; and coolant chiller.
