Conuco Machines manufactures CNC lathes. These are flat bed machines designed in units concept. The main bed of the machine for Z axis is so placed at rear that it can have telescopic covers and protect the guides from chips falling on it. Bed guides and cross slide guideways are hardened and ground and have automatic lubrication system. Precisely most suitable for chuck type jobs and precision turned components. Specifications: swing over bed - 300/500; admit between centre - 300/750; spindle power - 5 HP DC/10 HP 1500 RPM, (DC optional); tool turret - 8/12 station, Bi-directional; CNC -2 axis circular interpolation, 0.001 resolution; feed drive - DC/AC servo; feed rates - 10 3000 mm/min; and rapid - 6000 mm/min. The company also manufactures small size CNC lathes model CGL with chuck diameter 160 mm, swing 200 mm and ABC 300 mm.
