Emtex Machinery offers CNC Lathes, CAK. It is up to 800 mm diameter and 6000 mm. The parts such as beds, saddles and tailstocks are machined by boring and milling machining centre, five side machining center, single-column vertical and horizontal convertible machining centre. It secures the accuracy and size concordance of batch machining of large parts. Spindles are machined by turning centres, cylindrical grinding machine and inner grinding machine. The spindle taper roundness is 0.001 mm, axial cylindricity is lesser than or equal to 0.001 mm, taper and axial axiality is lesser than or equal to 0.002 mm, and surface roughness Ra 0.l, which raises various technical targets of machine spindles, therefore raises working accuracies of machines. Guideways of machine beds are hardened by CNC guideway hardening machine. Advantages include constant hardening, clearance, equal surface hardness, and surface hardness after hardening becomes in between HRc 52-59.
