Shalimar Machine Tools offers a CNC Lathe, SJ-25 (MC). Features: this hard rail series is a complete product line to meet different machining requirements; 12-position 25 x 25 mm hydraulic turret ensures rapid and smooth indexing; Meehanite cast base provides good support and with vibration dampening characteristics making this series capable of heavy cutting, up to 9 mm single side; "I" shaped square guide ways provide 6 contact surfaces which also helps to achieve high rigidity; and the spindle assembly is completed in a dust-free temperature-humidity controlled room. Specifications: swing over bed - 580 mm (22.83") to 640 mm (25.19"); over cross slide - 434 mm (17.08") to 450 mm (17.71"); max turning dia t 350 mm (13.77") to 400 mm (15.74"); maximum work length - 460 mm (18.11") to 700 mm (27.55"); and chuck size - 8" to 12".
