Cnc Lathe With C-Axis Control

The CNC lathe from Victor Taichung Machinery Works has a high torque, belt driven spindle ideally suited to heavy cutting. It is built from heavy duty mechanite cast beds to ensure stability and rigidity while machining. Hardened slideways are used for axis travel to absorb the cutting vibration. There is also automatic slideway and ballscrew lubrication through the CNC controlled high pressure system. The Z-axis lubricant is kept separate from the cutting fluid to avoid its contamination, while the coolant sump is separated from the machine bed for easy cleaning and maintenance. The hardened spindle is located in a strong well-ribbed headstock for minimum deformation. The machine is equipped with C-axis control, VDI turret and rotating tools.
