CNC Lathe

Redema offers CNC Lathe with linear indexing of tools for faster cycle time. It has cartridge spindle for ruggedness and durability, and ‘pick and choose’ features to suit a given application and CNC solutions for auxiliary operations. Standard accessories include: 135 dia, hydraulic chuck with actuating cylinder; linear tool holder blocks –turning holder block, boring holder block; one set of jaws; chip trolley; a set of manuals; patrol lamp (yellow, red, green); high precision hardened and ground guideways; and panel air conditioner. Optional features: Ø165 chuck with chucking cylinder; square indexing electrical tool post; LM guide for axis movement; specially designed tail stock with revolving centre; coolant gun; auto loading and unloading arrangement; chip conveyor; bar feed attachment with hollow clamping cylinder; auto door; and Siemens/Fanuc CNC system.
