Features: C-5 Class ball screws; turcite coated slides; motorised lubrication; 4/8/12 station turret/linear tool indexing; hydraulic/manual chuck; fully enclosed guards; well enclosed light source; integrated compact cabinet; pendent or integrated console; high quality powder coating; coolant system 63 LPM; removable chip tray; and controller – Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi/Neri. Established in 1997 Texllence CNC Pvt Ltd is engaged in the business of manufacturing CNC lathe machines, CNC retrofits, tabletop CNC trainers for educational institutes and refurbishing/upgradation of old CNCs, VMCs and HMCs machines. The promoters are experience professionals with about three decades in the CNC machine tool field, supported by a team of young and dynamic engineers. The company is also engaged in development of automation for various metal cutting applications and all types of SPMs to fulfil customers’ requirements. It has developed 8 models of CNC lathes – Nova 150, 200, 250, 350, 500, 500S, 800 and Nova 1000, besides undertaking retrofitting/refurbishing of existing lathe machine, old CNC, VMC and HMC machines.
