CNC Cutting Machine, Portable

Arsun Engineers offers a portable CNC Profile Cutting Machine – Oxy-fuel or Plasma type. Two standard sizes are available: 1250 x 2500 mm and 1500 x 3000 mm, i.e., the effective cutting area (length x width). This wider frame machine is fitted with high-quality racks, which offers more stable movement of cross beam, and the cutting head (cross beam) will not bend even up to 2 m traverse. The machine body moves on dual axis sliding rails while cross beam moves on precision linear guide for accurate movement of x/y axis. The CNC controller has features like: 7½” LCD colour display, built-in library of 45 standard shapes, 64 M memory for user program, supports G-codes and standard nesting software, kerf compensation, supports torch height controller, plasma arc and positioning feedback, and real time acceleration/deceleration of movement speed. This portable and light weight machine is easy to set and use. It can cut any complicated shapes easily and accurately with minimum wastage. No need of master or template. The machine is suitable for job-shop production work and for sight-work.
