The TR 2000 is a very advanced machine particularly suitable for the modern brake reconditioning of all vehicles. Due to the possibility to rotate the upper table, the taper flywheel reconditioning is allowable too. The intermittent feed in both ways eliminates the "thread" effect in accordance with modern requirement. On behalf of an automatic adjuster the feed can be varied to suit the requested finish. The spindle speed is fully adjustable from 10 up to 120 RPM on behalf of an hydraulic speed variator, actuated by an electronic push button device. In order to eliminate all vibrations the machine frame is duly ripped to increase its rigidity. The switchboard is placed in a convenient position and it holds all the controls including the digital display.
