Auto lathe - Model: AL-100

Maharashtra-based SPM Tools manufactures auto lathe - Model: AL-100, which is a multi slide turning machine for chucking flange type and shaft type components in large batches. Heavy duty M S fabricated bed with deep slopes enables speedy chip and coolant disposal. This lathe incorporates longitudinal slides that are hardened and ground to 60 HRC with replaceable guide strips and hydraulic feed system with dead stop for accurate positioning. Tail stock slide/boring slide have provisions for drilling, finish boring and live centre block is provided for between centres turning. Work holding is by means of power operated collet/chuck holding or special work holding systems. Headstock features precision bearings and hydraulic power chucking. Spindle brake is driven by V-belts. Hardened and ground slide way special tool holders are provided with micro adjustments. Hydraulic system of the machine has fixed delivery pump, heavy-duty cylinders, and combined valves for simplifying controls. Lubrication is by centralised lubrication system.
