Bharat Machine Tools (Jamnagar) offers a heavy-duty all geared precision lathe, Model HGN-1 to 6. Special features: grade - 25 hardened and ground bed guideways; hardened and ground alloy steel gears and spindle in head stock; and hardened and ground tail stock ram. All critical components like shafts, gears, pins, lead screw are made out EN-8/EN-9 alloy steel; force lubrication system in head stock; rigid and box section type bed; accuracy conforms to Indian standard IS: 1878 (Part-1) - 1993. Standard accessories: carrier plate, centre adaptor, electric motor – 3 HP/2.25 kW – 3-phase, 50 Hz 440, reversible switch, change gear set, (for metric and inch threads), tool post spanner, thread dial indicator, dead centres (MT-4) – 2 instruction manuals, V-belts, Norton gearbox.
