All Geared Head Lathe Machines

Aditya Enterprise offers an All Geared Head Lathe Machine, Pioneer 250 GHL Series. It comes with universal feed gearbox and cam lock spindle. All gears of head stock and splines are made from 20 MnCr5, which is hardened and ground with profile grinding. A single cam operated head stock is lubricated by built in oil pump. The cam lock type head stock spindle is made from 20 MnCr5 materials, which is hardened and ground with MT-6 taper bore. Head stock spindle has speed from 32 to 1650 RPM. A universal feed gearbox is provided with threading range in metric 33/0.2-7 mm, inch 36/4-72 TPI, DP 21/8-44 and module 16/0.3 ? 3.0. Total number of threads is 105. Total number of feeds is 76 and ranges from 0.045 to 1.600 mm for longitudinal/ revolution, and from 0.003 to 0.128 mm for transverse/ revolution. Feed box gears and spline shaft are of EN 8 material with toughening process. A drop out type worm with finger tip control is available on the apron. The apron gears are made from EN?8 materials with toughening process. Polyurethane paint is available with international shades. Model GHL-5 with distance between centre 1000 mm and model GHL-6 with distance between centre 1500 mm are also offered.
