ALL GEARED HEAD LATHE MACHINE, 215 GHL Series

Arun machine tools offers All Geared Head Lathe Machines, 215 GHL Series. It comes with universal gearbox, height of centre 215 mm, bed width 280 mm and 40 mm spindle bore. Its cam lock (size D1-4) type head stock spindle is hardened and ground with MT-5 taper bore. Its head stock spindle has 8 speeds (54-1200 RPM) and standard 2 V and 2 flat bed. It is provided with a universal feed gearbox with threading range in metric 33/ 0.2-7 mm, inch 36/ 4-72 TPI, DP 21/ 8-44 and module 16/ 0.3 - 3.0. All gears of headstock and splines are hardened and ground with profile grinding. The number of feeds are 76 and ranges from longitudinal/ rev 0.026-0.936 mm and transverse/ rev 0.016-0.62 mm. Feed box gears are of EN 24 material with toughening process and apron gears are nitrided and made from EN 8 material, cross slide nut with backlash eliminator. It is available in two models: Model GHL-3 with distance between centre 1000 mm and GHL-4 with distance between centre 1500 mm.
