These machines are very useful in machining Polar Arrayed features on components like Ratchets, Splines and serrations. X, Y and Z axes are driven by Servo motors and controlled by a sophisticated Motion controller. The motion controller enables Continues Interpolation of the X Y and Z Axes. The Work Spindle and Tool Spindle are driven by a Sophisticated Motion Controller with Electronic Gear Box. The Model TPT-4S is an economy model with the Y axis controls removed and positioned manually.
