Monotech Engineers Pvt Ltd offers a Guillotine Hydraulic Shearing Machine. With rugged construction for durability, it is made of IS::2062 Plate Grade B silicon in a well dimensioned all welded structure, with ultrasonically tested steel plates to withstand continuous operation and minimum deflections under full load. Principle of operation: the synchronisation of two cylinders during shearing operation is achieved by 'differential area' principle. The cylinders are designed in such a way that annular area of the first cylinder is equal to the full piston area of second cylinder. The rake angle of the blade is electro-hydraulically adjusted with push buttons with indicator lights on the operator console. The rake angle adjustment helps to achieve, cutting variety of material and thicknesses without twist and distortion. The shears are equipped with levers calibrated in millimetre on both sides of the machine to adjust the clearance between top and bottom blade according the sheet/plate thickness. The setting can be done swiftly and quickly without use of filler gauges. The use of correct blade gap ensures burr free cutting results and improves blade life considerably. The shearing blades are made of premium quality HCHCr/HCSr shock resistant tool steel ALSL D2, ALSL S2 and ALSL SS grade in full length with four cutting edges are sourced from leading manufacturers. They are suitable for cutting mild steel and stainless steel sheet/plates. The rectangle cross section of the blade facilitates easy re-grinding and fitment. They give long trouble free shearing operations.
