Torque/Load Wrench

The LoadMaster® 3500 is a portable, fully featured unit for tightening to a target load or for inspecting load at any time after assembly (seconds, weeks, years, etc). It will store full tightening curves of "load vs. time" and has the capability to also generate Torque-Tension curves when used with the LoadMaster torque/load wrench. Data is taken in the actual joint with zero disturbance (no turn of the nut, no bolt drilling or cutting, etc., required). All measurements are automatically recorded and converted into Excel spreadsheets along with analytical templates for curve plotting, including graphical representation of friction parameters. It includes all the accessories needed for inspection and assembly plus the i-probe (integrated inspection device). The LoadMaster Data Manager software is provided.
