Torque Wrench Attachment

3m Solutions has introduced a CPS Automotive Torque Wrench Attachment, a device to enhance the accuracy of tightening the bolt with impact wrench/oil pulse wrench up to ±3% accuracy and at the same time ensure tightening without giving adding any additional time and activity for it. The featured standard torque wrench– Tohnici/Norbar– with is equipment ensures the achievement of preset torque on it– one can ensure 100% confirmation of it before moving to the next bolt. Another advantage of this equipment is 3 to 4 second time saving per bolt tightening operation – by eliminating the use of torque wrench to set in on bolt check it-correct it-remove it. When one chooses Tohnici make torque wrench with limit switch, it is possible to add POKAYOKA concept in the operation cycle by coupling it with the machine cycle through PLC. It is very simple device to be fixed with the square-driving bit of the impact wrench/oil pulse tool and socket with the square bottom end of shaft. Available range of this attachment is: 2 to 12 Nm, 10 to 50 Nm, 20 to 100 Nm and 40 to 200 Nm. It is most suitable for all automobile assembly, engine assembly and other similar type of product assembly lines.
