Katyayani Enterprises is India’s largest manufacturer of Thermoform Tools based in Hyderabad, which caters to the A-Z needs in thermoforming tools and solutions. The company boasts about 7500 sq.ft of space and India’s largest and best equipped tool room for thermoform tools. All the finishing operations like CNC milling/machining, CNC erosion, jig grinding, profile and cylindrical grinding, diamond polishing, etc., are done in-house. The company is the first choice of Indian thermoforming machine manufacturers with latest CAD-CAM application used and 80% of all moulds are exported by OEMs sourced from the company. The company has designed, tried and tested over 700 moulds to process PS, PP, PET and PVC and moulds supplied for all makes of India machines.
