Spray gun

The 230 spray gun is the first choice of every spray painter in the production paint shop. The 230 is a rugged spray gun suited for tough and continuous operation, at the same time ensuring top quality performance and finish. This performance is achieved by a combination of large, smooth flowing air passages and an oversize air valve, which gives the lowest ever pressure drop; this, combined with a wide range of air nozzles, provides a performance which is unique in spray finishing today. The 230 is suitable for all general industrial spray painting applications. Special features: lightest (0.57 kg, only, without cup) high performance production spray gun; versatile, with a wide range of nozzle set-ups for different applications and requirements; can be used with a syphon cup or with a pressure feed container; use of PTFE packings throughout; alignment assured by direct fastening of the air nozzle retainer ring to the material nozzle; and robust construction out of high tensile aluminium alloy.
