Reamers, Indexable Coolant Fed

Universal Tool makes indexable special insert type super fed reamer manufactured on CNC 8-axis machines. These have one blade indexable for 2 to 4 cutting edges which is replaceable and indexable with 2/3 burnishing pads designed and oriented to offer very high super finished holes. Burnishing pads burnish the hole to very high surface units. Coolant fed arrangement offers coolant right up to the cutting edge. These reamers are available from ? 8 mm up to ? 100 mm, also offered in 2 to 10 steps not only in straight step operation but also in combination with straight angular and profile machining.
