These are electrostatic power spray systems for single and double operator, manufactured by Kelleys Engineering Works in a wide range. The guns are user friendly, rugged with state-of-the-art solid circuitry, which increases productivity, reduces maintainces end covers more area. Kelleys" powder coating guns incorporate smart feature like: fold back characteristic to neutralise Faraday cage effect; built-in high voltage generator for generation of 100 kV tip voltage; ease in cleaning to help faster colour change; touch trigger for easy operation; and SS hopper (optional). Kelleys" also manufactures powder-coating booths, enamel spray booth ovens for batch type as well for conversed applications apart from phosphating plant with transporter and conveyor, and industrial washing machine.
