These Texan impact hammers are for spray driers, used in chemical/dyes, pharmaceutical, moulding industries, tiles manufacturing units, etc. Spray drying liquids made up of food, flavours, fragrances, pesticides, ceramics, agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals dyes, pigments and speciality chemicals, etc, dry the liquid and the dried powder slides along the inner surface of spray drier and collects at the bottom. The pneumatic impact hammer taps the spray drier to speed up the sliding of powder inside the drier. It also gives strong vibration to the walls hence the stuck powder will smoothly fall downwards. The impact cylinder with hammering head is activated by solenoid valves inside the panel box. Exhaust silencer prevents the dust and chemical powder directly entering into solenoid valve"s exhaust port. So the entire unit will work a long period without breakdown. These units have long life compared to electrical hammers. The company offers complete systems with sequence timer.
