This hand operated hydraulic crimping tool with set of ring or hex dies is designed to crimp copper/aluminium cable terminal ends from 50 to 400 sq mm. The hydraulic pump and crimping head are connected with a two-metre long hose pipe and the hydraulic pump has a capacity to develop pressure up to 300 kg/cm². The crimping jack barrel is made from solid special alloy steel to withstand the pressure developed while crimping. The mechanism provided within the pump controls the pressure developed while crimping and safety valve prevents excessive pressure. The tool is most suitable for heavy duty crimping, and also available in higher capacity models.
