Hot melt glue gun for tamper evident seal

Many ISO 9000 companies and reputed multinationals face regular problems of pilferage or replacement by spurious products. This becomes possible since the tapes used to secure corrugated cartons can be removed during transit, allowing tampering. To counter this problem, Pammvi has introduced German hot melt glue guns, models Gluematic 5000 and 3002, from Steinel. These guns comply with TUV VDE and EEC requirements for tamper proof packing. One can now completely safeguard the product in cartons by sealing the inner flaps with the outer flaps with Steinel glue gun and AT brand glue sticks from USA. This glue with high bonding strength makes the carton sealing process tamper evident, making it impossible for any mischief during transit. This also avoids use of staples, which are prone to rust and risk contamination of products in the carton, especially in case of perishable goods, foodstuff, pharmaceuticals and other sensitive consignments.
