KJK Meister Honen Pvt Ltd offers Honing Sticks. Meister Honen hones are produced with top-of-the-line metal bonds with newest diamond and cbn (cubic boron nitride) super abrasives. The specification of the hones represents their grain size, grain type and concentration of grains, as well as the bonding, the hardness of the bond and other parameters. All parameters influence the performance of the hone in a certain operation. Meister Honen uses grain sizes from FEPA sizes 251 to 46μm and below 46μm micron powder from 30μm to even below 1μm (nano). The honing process is typically done in more than one operation. In certain occasions, there are up to 4 operations: roughing, semi-finishing, finishing and super finishing.
