Flexible Honing Tool

Osborn Lippert has introduced Novoflex-B, a flexible honing tool, which is a sturdy self-centring system with flexible filaments to provide the correct pressure to create an ideal hone and a cross-hatch pattern. It is an ideal tool to create a minimum 60% plateau finish with cross-hatch pattern for improved oil retention and increased efficiency. It reduces Ra and Rpk values to achieve a smooth, even surface finish, free of deformed metal, with ideal edge break. Grit choices from 60 to 400 are available in silicon carbide and aluminium oxide. It is easy to use automatically or manually. The user gets a best quality-price ratio with Novoflex-B.
