Expansion Reamers

Universal Tools offers expansion reamers with the carbide tipped brazed design with special internal arrangement where the reamer can be expanded after use. Expansion reamers can be expanded upto O 0.5 mm and can be reground to the original size. The expansion reamers can be used for variety of sizes in the range of expansion, which varies from 0.2 mm up to 1 mm, depending upon the diameter. This is a very cost effect tool since the same reamer can be used after expansion several times. The company also offers special expansion reamers in specially designed high speed steel with special internal design, whereby tightening of the screw expansion reamers of size can be achieved. The reamers can be used several times. Expansion reamers are offered from O 10 up to O 120 mm in diameter.
