Worldwide Industrial Distributors offers NC-5 Dream-Cut Holder, with double flange and face contact, manufactured by Nikken Kosakusho Works, Japan. This is ideally suited for end milling or face milling for better cutting action, better surface finish and very long tool life. This unique holder with powerful damping effect increases the tool life of carbide end mill by 3 times; HSS end mill by 1.5 times; CBN tip tool by 5 times; and coated tip tool by 3 times. The double flange and face contact imparts damping effect and absorbs micro-vibrations, resulting in excellent performance and in multifold increase in productivity, with both machine and tool performing to 100% of their capability.
