Digital Torque Analysers

Summit offers Digital Torque Analyser. This analyser is used extensively for monitoring joint conditions. The system consists of TorqueStar Opta torque indicator and data collector used in conjunction with in line rotary torque transducers with/without angle measurement option. The transducer can be attached to auto shut off tools- power, pneumatic and battery operated, pulse tools and torque wrenches while the joint is being tightened. Detailed statistical analysis will also be available in the form of average, range, standard deviation, Cp, Cpk, Cm, Cmk, etc. The above system is extremely useful where there are joint problems and one need to see what is going on within the bolting process.
