Diamond Dressers

Jain Diamond Tools offers Diamond Dressers. These are multipoint diamond dressers. These dressers consist of a number of natural diamonds of good crystal character sintered into a special wear-resistant bond. The dressers are ideal for rough dressing of grinding wheels. The diamond can be fully utilised without resetting or resharpening. They give rapid dressing without scoring and producing a consistent, even surface on grinding wheel. Due to several diamond points in contact with the wheel face reduces the unit pressure on each point giving longer tool life.
