Diamond dressers, multi point

Bhukhanwala Tools manufactures a range of diamond dressers. Multi point indexing diamond dressers fulfill a wide variety of dressing operations and are particularly applicable where clean dressing is required to obtain maximum surface finish on the ground component. Multi point index dressers are manufactured from high quality small diamonds, which are positioned and accurately set in the indexing head. The setting of these diamonds is arranged in a radial pattern around the perimeter of the head, which when rotated presents a small surface (2-3 degrees) of sharp diamond points as required. This indexing is continued till all of the diamonds are completely used. These tools are suitable for cylindrical grinding, surface grinding, internal grinding and centreless grinding. Available in all grits and bonds from 36 grit onwards.
