Core Drilling unit

FEIN Power Tools India is a wholly owned subsidiary of German manufacturer C & E FEIN GmbH, a company founded in 1867, and inventor of the world’s first power tool. Core drilling system for workshop and construction site is robustly designed, easy to handle, and gives precision drilling results, besides being exceptionally economical. There is a choice of models – FEIN KBM 32 Q, KBM 52 U and KBM 65 Q – depending on the application in hand. Core drilling is an extremely economical way of drilling large holes quickly and with high precision, even through thick materials. With the new QuickIN change system developed by FEIN, it is easy to change tools on all the core drilling systems. They are equipped with a robust, accurate dual dovetail guide. For safety and to protect the motor and the tool, there is an electronic cut-out mechanism integrated in the machine which is automatically triggered when the drilling pressure is too high. The magnetic feet are sized in a way so FEIN core drilling machines can also be set up with little demand on space. Up to 12,000 N holding force makes overhead core drilling safe. The FEIN Magnet Monitor System ensures long life for the magnetic coils. The KBM 32 Q core drilling system is for diameters from 12 to 32 mm, with a 700 W motor delivering load speeds of up to 400 RPM. The KBM 52 U is a mobile core drilling unit with an MK 3 fitting for diameters up to 50 mm. The KBM 65 Q is the right choice for drilling diameters up to 65 mm. It has a 1,460 W high-power motor and dual dovetail guide with a large stroke range.
