CLAMPING SYSTEMS

Micro-Flat Datums offers Clamping Systems. It consist of three basic units: pallets - clamping angle - clamping cube. Basic components are made of stress relieved wear resistance cast iron having high damping properties, supporting and clamping surfaces are precision hand scrapped. A large variety of stoppers, locators, support blocks, V-blocks, tenons, isolators, threaded bolts, conical sockets, nuts, washers, raiser blocks, strap clamps, etc., are provided for allowing easy positioning and clamping parts while machining thereby allowing heavy flexibility and cost reduction for fixturing.
