Carbide Tipped Expansion Reamers

Addison & Co Ltd manufactures carbide tipped adjustable expansion reamers with machine taper shank which are used in pump, automobile, and induction motor manufacturing, and in general engineering industries. These reamers are ideal for mass production jobs. The main advantage of these expansion reamers is that when they become blunt, they may be expanded and adjusted to their original size and this can be repeated many times. Such advantages cannot be obtained from fixed type machine reamers which once wom out of size, become scrap. This expansion would be possible up to the extent of 0.05 mm to 0.1 mm in each individual size of reamer. They are available in many sizes ranging from 10 mm to 50 mm in diameter from ready stock.
