Proxene Tools manufactures Adjustable Wrenches, the patented Tiger"s Paw F-150. It is designed to avoid fastener damage. The patented design of this new fixed and movable jaw focuses heat treatment to the jaw area. This increases the hardness in this area to a HRC 3 compared to other areas of the wrench. This results in a stronger and harder "tool to fastener" contact point, thus providing a substantially more durable tool. General specifications for Proxene adjustable wrenches: type - drop forged, heavy duty, rack and worm adjustment 22.5° head wrench; material - AISI-6140; hardness - all hardness of body, handle and jaw between HRC 40°~50°; standard - exceeds in quality the highest demanding international standard.
