Infin Machine Tools Pvt Ltd offers Vertical Grinding Machine, S 250 G. Grinding with a vertical workpiece axis makes automation easy on this machine. The fast and modular gantry loader remains outside the work area during the actual grinding process, protected from machining debris and heat, and, being modular, the S 250 G can easily be incorporated in an existing production line. To reduce ancillary and auxiliary process times to a minimum, centering takes places outside the work area before the workpieces are positioned on the work piece spindle and while grinding is underway on the machine. This means only minimal adjustment of work pieces on the work piece spindle is then required. Direct drives and a new CNC-controlled coolant nozzle are just a few of the innovations that make manufacturing on the S 250 G more economical. CBN and ceramic worm wheels and electroplated CBN grinding wheels are used on the S 250 G and may be mounted on the wheel spindle in any two-tool combination to suit the grinding task at hand. When using ceramic grinding worms, profiling and dressing can be carried out using diamond-plated master gears or a swiveling dressing unit with conventional dressing rollers. An optional dressing roller unit can be mounted on the machine to increase flexibility where required
