The GVRC 450 vertical double disc grinder is suitable for a wide range of flat part grinding including such applications as grinding knives, tools, computer components, andothersmallparts. It can use either conventional or super abrasive wheels to grind parts that are 5"(127 mm) in diameter or smaller, The programmed infeeds of the servomotor control the preloaded precision ball feed screw's accuracy to each wheelhead, helping to assure precise wheel positioning. A dual-purpose, servo-driven carrier serves as both a rotary fixture.
